Goulston & Storrs, a full-service law firm with nearly 250 attorneys across offices in Boston, New York, and Washington, DC, partnered with Reflexions, OO&Friends, and Clarity to mark its 125th anniversary with a new brand identity and modern digital experience.
The firm’s previous website no longer reflected its stature or culture, and the firm found it visually outdated, difficult to navigate, and challenging to maintain. The new website better allows the firm to stay current and on-brand.
Our Approach
Reflexions led the design and development of the new website, collaborating closely with firm stakeholders through a series of design workshops to build alignment and early buy-in. These sessions surfaced key insights about the firm’s identity and communications goals.
We translated their new brand into a dynamic digital style guide defining website look, feel, and interaction, and delivered a clean, structured interface built for clarity and flow.
The website's visitors are never left without a call to action or an invitation to dig deeper into the firm's people, services, and thought leadership of Goulston & Storrs. Every page on the site leads somewhere meaningful, a web of relationships across content, further accessible by a simple website navigation and type-ahead searching powered by Algolia that instantly surfaces relevant attorneys.
The website is built for longevity and accessibility. It meets WCAG 2.2 web accessibility standards, optimizing the website's usability for people of all abilities, and for those who rely on assistive devices.
The website is powered by the Sanity content management system, a fully headless CMS that allows Goulston & Storrs to manage and evolve content independently within Sanity's robust editorial workflow.
